Question: its going really slow at the moment, its usually a lot faster. it usually only goes for 4 days, but at this rate i think it might go longer. how can i make it go faster?

its your body's process. try eating healthier foods- stickign to the food pyramid. im sure ur not starving yourself, just not eating the RIGHT things. maybe eating the right nutrients should help clean it up.
