Just make it happen - Exercise and Diet - schedule it and just do it. Be sure to write down everything you eat and then look at it again at the end of the week to see where you should make changes.

If you have problems with diets...eat what you want to start off with but smaller portions. Throw away a portion of the meal or give it to the dog, anything to get it out of your sight. Also, don't eat after 8:00 PM.

stop eating unhealthy fattening foods
eat smaller portions
exercise
its not really that hard.

Try replacing some of the food in your diet with methamphetamines. On the other hand, exercise and healthy eating is probably a little safer.

you cant eat what you dont buy. so stop buying all the junk food. stop riding around at the store trying to find the parking spot next to the door. dont eat anything out of a box, can or window and you should be good
