Try to relax. Precancerous cells of the cervix are usually slow growing and one of the easiest precancerous conditions to treat for a full recovery without recurrence. I'm not sure how far along you are in treatment and if your going for a repeat pap or if the presence of precancerous cells have already been confirmed? If caught early it is often not necessary to remove your cervix (even less necessary than a hysterecomy). They can usually just use cryotherapy and remove the cells from your cervix and many women go on to have children after this. Try not to worry until Tuesday (I know it's hard) but many women are treated for precancerous cells and go onto have children with no problems..
