Im 130 pounds and i got a little bit of love handles how do i lose that?!


Question: I like to do 'scissors.' Lay down on one side of your body. (You can rest your head on the palm of your hand.) Then raise your one leg up into the air and down. Start off slow. Do it 30 times. Then switch to the other side of your body and do them same with your other leg. Do 30 on each side about 3 times per week.

well that depends on how old you are. if your young and still growing they will dissapear as long as you stay at that weight. If you are older do obleak workouts. get in a crunch position and put one leg on thigh of the other. then do crunches to the side thats leg is up. after do it with the other one. another way is just to do some fat burning exercises like running, biking, any of those machines like that in gyms.
