Gallbladder: pain to right side of abd that will travel to your back, it will tend to hurt more after you have eaten spicy foods.

UTI: lower abd pain, bladder pain, burning on urination, increase in frequency, urine is dark and has a strong odor and last and not least lower back pain.

Pregnancy: I have never been pregnant but lets go with lack of peroid, breast tenderness, nausea...

TRY>>>
Gallbladder:you Have to get the stones removed.
UTI: drink allot of water & cranberry juice take azo.
Pregnancy: congradulations... I hope

it doesnt sound like any of the three, watch what you eat and your bowel movments. You might just need a good laxative to clear out what ever you have in there.

gallbladder is higher up. pregnancy signs are late or no period, feeling nauseous and light headed. an infection would cause a burning sensation but if youre worried go see your doctor.

Generalized stomach or abdominal pain is associated with a very wide variety of health issues.

I'm not sure about the gallbladder, but if you were pregnant, you would miss a period and begin feeling bloated all over. If you had a urinary infection, it would be very painful to pee.

This could just be a stomachache, a strained muscle, a digestive issue or many other things. You haven't mentioned how long you've had the pain, but you should see a doctor or nurse. If you can't afford it, seek out a free clinic.
