What color, exactly is your urine suppose to be? White (clear) or yellow. Which !

clear is more healthty its supposed to be clear but yellow is natral

As far as I have been told, the more transparent your urine, the better, that means that you are drinking an adequate amount of water. When you have the dark yellow urine with the strong odor, you are not drinking enough at all,

Your urine shouldn't be completely transparent clear, but it is supposed to be closer on the spectrum to clear. Not yellow. That may mean you're not drinking enough water, or you're drinking to many acidic drinks.

It depends; if you are taking supplements, it will be a bright yellow (usually), which is ok. If it is clear, that is fine. It is not good when your urine is yellow and you are not taking suppliments, that means you need to drink more water.

it is supposed to be clear. The color depends on the degree of hydration of your body. It will be yellow if your body is dehydrated and white otherwisw. There are foods or medicines that will affect the color of your urine. Particle that are suspended in the urine will change the clarityof your urine. Blood will make your urine smoky and it means there is some problem if your are not in your monthly cycle. First morning urine is amber normally if your state of hydration is OK or your are not taking any medicine or some foods.

If it's very yellow then it's not very healthy. Clear yellow is the best. If it's very clear then maybe you are just drinking too much water, but water is good for you. The clearer the better!
