Yes shave your hair. The purpose of pubic hair is not to keep out dirt as in your eyelashes. Pubic hair is designed to catch and keep sweat so that you smell down there to attach mates. Sorry but that is what it is for. I am an Anthropology student and we just covered this. The problem is that in modern society we keep that area covered so if you do not shave it stays moist down there. I hate to tell you this but shaving is not new, the Egyptians did it first. Why? Because it is damn hot in the desert and they got stinky and sweaty.
I found that I got razor burn less and less, yes.
never got any better for me! I did use Bikini zone and it took away the itching, but i still had major bumps
I believe each female is different. It affects different women in different ways. I think it does diminish if you do it for long and often enough
Yes, for me. Also, using a shaving lotion designed for the area helps, as does a fresh razor. I always use a schick quatro for that area. And after, I use a hypoallergenic lotion, Lubriderm is good, Aveeno is my favorite. I use the lotion every day between shaves as well to keep the skin soft and less prone to ingrown hairs.
i used a double blade razor but have found that if you use a triple or more blades to a razor you dont get the bumps at all. I listed some sites for you to check out also.
