Your diet does help change taste and so does your hormones. Since women run on a monthly cycle, our bodies fluctuate with that. Increased discharge (during ovulation) changes taste, etc. My boyfriend notices a marked difference in my taste when i'm on my period (i wear a tampon so don't think i'm talking about blood). I hear that foods high in citrus help make it taste nice. Like pineapples.

It would make sense, since guys take sweeter if they eat stuff like pineapples apparently.
