What types of exercise or foods should I eat and do to have a healthy period?!

you need to do exercise and specially aerobics one.but not hard and heavy the best exercise can be running for 15 minutes per day or every other day.
for eating dont forget foods containing iron and vitamins group b (specially fulic acid) and copper.
have alot of fruits and vegetables and 8-12 glass of water.

any exercise will make your periods regular and shorter

I am irregular too my period finally came down after a year.I got it last week .And what I am doing is lose weight I lost 20 pounds aready
