Not really! Exercise always made mine shrink down, whenever I lost some weight they'd be the first thing I'd lose. Some girls are just born to have a bigger chest though.

A good bra is the best way to go at your age. Talk to your mom or auntie and go get a good bra. Go to a good department store and talk to a bra fitter. They should be able to help you find one that works for your size and body type.
