Should i lose weight?!


Question: im 5'2
i weigh 126.5
13 yrs old.
my BMI says im normal but i feel fat compared to others.
and idk how but in the past month i lost 10lbs. is that normal?
i havent done anything differntly.

Your weight is completely normal for your height. Do not listen to anyone who tells you to lose weight at your current height. You haven't changed your eating habits at all or increased the amount of exercise you do? If that is the case, tell your parents about your weight loss. You need to be seen by an MD. Weight loss for no cause could be related to illness. It could be nothing, but it is possible you have a hyperthyroid or diabetes. To be on the safe side, get a physical.

tell your parents and go to the doctor. that can be a serious problem (rapid weight loss for no reason).

You are at a very good weight for your height. I'm that exact same height and I should be at that weight, lol. If you feel fatter than others, just do a few at home workouts like abs, lunges, so on.

Right now your body is changing. Don't do anything drastic.

Physically you sound ideal. You've probably heard this a hundred times but don't compare yourself to others. God made you just the way he wants you. Be the best you that you can be.

I wouldn't be concerned about your weight if you BMI says you are fine, especially since they recently lowered the standard numbers. Chances are the others may be underweight in an effort to boost their low self confidence and feel worthy. Consider your body type too, you wouldn't really want to end up flat chested and boyish-figured. But, your sudden weight loss could be a sign of a health issue, I would suggest getting that checked.

Who cares how much you weigh. Just do regular cardio exercises and help you lose calories. Don't eat 3 full meals a day but 6 small meals. It's easier to burn calories that way. Full meals would turn the extras into fat. Fat ain't a feeling. PE in school should do you good. I would suggest you to work out but since you're so young, it could stunt your growth. All I suggest is to run on a treadmill at least 20 min everyday. You don't have to run, you can power walk.

You may, or may not, need to lose weight.
It's even more important to get involved with physical activities like aa sport of some kind because it's even more better to learn a physical that will KEEP you in shap!.
Wouldn't it be great to develop regular exercises that would teach your body to keep in shape, long term, and make you even more attractive?
Get involved with sports - whatever you like!

ok... i know how you feel!! i was like that too!! but you need to get active!! when i got into sports... i toned up and i realized that i was always normal... i just needed excercise to perfect me!! lol... youll be a hottie in no time if you just do a few crunches a day and some running! its easy! :)
