Why do i have bad cramping?!
Question: I am 12 and io have really bad cramping from my period. I take ibfprofen but it only works for 4-6 hours. Any suggestions.

Get a hot pack, and put it where it hurts. Take a pillow, and put it on your abdomen and apply a little pressure. That helps. keep taking ibuprofen. You have to just wait through it. But the hot pack and the pillow help. Also just relax and watch t.v or read a book.
Some people just get really bad cramps before their period, it's part of being a woman.
keep taking the medicine & get an ice pack or a heat pack and put it where it hurts....trust me it works!

it is normal I still have very bad cramp and I have had my period since I was 11 and I am 18 now and I take advil, midol, ibfprofen, pampern. and sometimes nothing help I just have to wait them out keep taking every 4-6 hours but don't use more than reccomendent. maybe try one of the others. Hot pack work really well for me. and heating pads.
