If they have already looked beyond the color of your skin.... you have nothing to worry about.

Vaginal and labial color vary tremendously even within the same race. Also some of the tissues can suntan (with exposure of course). And then arousal can make more colors like red and purple. I sincerely doubt that the colors make any more difference to most guys than the colors of his penis and scrotum matter to you. This isn't anything to worry about; they're all good if healthy.
I don'th think it will matter. I think vagina's vagina and they're probably happy to get to see it at all.
