I get cysts in my breasts all the time. Some people are just prone to them and they arent typically dangerous. To help them go away stay away from caffiene most of all. Salty foods also help them store fluid. They will naturally flare up throughout your monthly cycle but when I stopped drinking soda and coffee I no longer got them as much. Eating healthy is the best way to clear them up and just dont touch them or wear clothes that irritate them. Your doctor should have told you all of this.

I hope this works for you too and make sure not to miss regular breast exams.

Naturally, you would want your doctor to remove it quickly and efficiently.

Ovarian cysts usually rupture on their own.The only reason for surgical intervention would be if it interfered with blood flow to the ovary.

i would discuss it with your doctor & also get in touch with a homophic i hear they are good

I've had a few cysts on my ovaries, and never had to go under the knife to remove them. Usually, a Doctor will not suggest surgery unless the cyst is 5cm... I think. Most of mine have ruptured (some pain associated with that... if they bleed, you must go to Emergency)... but usually they resolved themselves. No, there is nothing you can physically do to make it go away.

If there were a Natural way, I don't think millions on Women, Including myself, would choose to suffer with Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS).

I found out I have some on my ovaries too.My Dr said sometimes they go away on there own.I don't think you can do anything except tell your Dr you want it removed.Good luck:)

There is a huge difference between cystic breasts and ovarian cysts.

That being said, most doctors will NOT operate on an ovarian cyst unless it is threatening your life or health. The most common treatments for ovarian cysts are hormonal birth control and just watchful waiting. But either way, you DO need to keep an eye on it and follow your doctor's recommendations. And if you don't like what you're hearing, you're always free to get a 2nd opinion.

you cannot naturally take care of a cyst. millions of women have them on their ovaries and are fine. make sure its not cancerous and if its not forget about it for now, if you are young this can cause issues with pregnancy like PCOS, that is what i have it can be managed, but for now as long as it has no cancer, don't worry about it.

look at Quasimodo it started with a cyst on his back

I also had one on my breast, the Doctor took it out in his office.

I now have/had one on my uterus. I made a little puncture with an exacto knife and it helped. I'm not suggesting you do the same, cause now I really think it was a dumb thing to do. Would I do it again?? yes

I get them almost every month. It can be normal. It should clear up along with your period. Sometimes they wont clear up right away, it can take a couple months. You can take birth control to keep them from forming.
Take vitamins. Sounds silly, but the stronger your body is the more likely you are to not get more of these.
Other than that, you just have to wait it out. If you are like me then you would get one every time you ovulate. One month its on one side, the next its on the other, and sometimes I end up with both when one doesn't clear up and carries on to the next cycle. Usually, however, they clear up on their own if you give them some time. Take an anti inflammatory (ibuprophen) if the pain gets really bad.

There is a bit of a difference between eating health, using natural products and living the natural lifestyle; and putting your life or sexual/reproductive health at risk.

Remember modern medicine has come a long way, it is not that long ago that the life expectancy of men was 34 yrs and women 28 yrs and to day its near 80 yrs for both.

Seriously if it need to be cut out, do it.
