Diet Help!?!


Question: Ok then..It has been slapped in my face, I am over weight! :(

Need help please! Any ideas what I can do?
I was thinking of starting going swimming, useful?

try eating smaller portions more often! instead of having 2 to 3 big meals have 6 smaller meals a day. and make sure u always have healthy snacks in ur purse (apples and what not) so that when u are hungry u dont hop to the nearest snack machine/ fast food takeout u can find.
And yes swimming is an excellent source of excercise. and if u enjoy swimming then even better! its important to find an excercise that u enjoy so it isnt hard to stay motivated and get yourself to do it!

limit meal portion sizes,try excersizing 30 minutes a day
jog,jump rope,treadmill,anything cardio
also cut down on fatty foods stick to salads,protein(meats)
stay away from fast food and any pop
you will definantly see results
second how old are you because if your too you this could be bad for you i suggest this if your OVER 13
