Just simply being healthy will help you gain weight all over including your breasts so they will be larger than when you were sick. It depends on how old you are now and if you are still growing. If you are 16 or under they probably will still grow slightly.
There is nothing do to make your breast grow while you're disorder eating or healthy food.
Unfortunately in most cases they will not develop to where they might have. Cograts on overcoming your eating disorder but that is also something you have to deal with on a daily basis. There is always the option to have breast augmentation if you feel it is a problem.
