Pms but no period yet?!

Question: hi i posted a smiliar question the other day but it keeps on getting weirder

i have had pms since the 4th, sore boobs, pelvic pain, and was felt like i was ~really~ meant to start on the 15 - 16th.

Usually on the 1st day of my period my vagina throbs a little. Even for the past 3 days or so I have had actual period like pains....... but no blood.

I have not changed ,y diet/lifestlye and am not pregnant.
The only thing I have done (for about 5 days) is starting to take a b-vitamin supplement, starflower oil and magnesium supplement.... and that was to help my period pain 4 when I came on.. but it ~seems~ like I havent came on..

hope I made sense.

It could be any one of MANY causes.

On the benign end, you could just be skipping a period. It happens, for no particular reason. You could - this month - just be having a very reduced flow, so small you aren't noticing it. Again, it's benign.

At the far other end of the scale, you could be experiencing early onset menopause. Pretty unlikely, but barely possible.

Give it another couple of days, then see your GYN.
