Ladies i need some advise?!

Question: December is almost gone and i still haven't gotten my visitor this month. I usually get it around the 15 or 16. I mean i have nothing to worry about me being pregnant cause i know i am not. I have been stressing a lot lately. Could this be the reason that is making my menstrual cycle be behind? Any advise?

Anytime you have a lot of stress, your "visitor" can be late...... Having a cold can cause it to be late as well.Don't add more stress to yourself just yet.... Everything is most likely okay. December is soooooooooo stressful.... Shopping, family, cooking, cleaning, and then there's your normal everyday stuff to be done still.... Try not to worry as this could prolong it even further.

Absolutely! Stress, hormonal changes, and any number of things can throw your cycle completely off. As long as it returns to regular in a cycle or two ( a couple of months) I wouldn't be too concerned.

yes, being under stress can change ur cycle. dnt think about it n trust me u willget it soon.

It's only the 17th today, so I wouldn't worry about it yet.

It definitely could be stress-related, but I would still see a doctor.

According to Medlineplus.gov, there are many causes. See link below.

Stress can deeply affect your period. I have been very stressed out as well and I know that it can make your period: late, early, heavy, light, etc. Just try to destress. Take time for yourself. Listen to music and take a bubble bath...that always helps me. You've got nothing to worry about. Being a woman is confusing sometimes. :) Good luck.

yes

depending on how much stress u're under during this month and how old you are, like college or high school age, final exams and holiday season stress can totally throw your pms for a loop...

relax you get it when you get it.. it doesnt always arrive at the most convenient time..a friend of mine had her pms show up in the middle of a final exam this week so it wasn't great for her because it didnt show up when she thought it would..it showed up a week late..

There is nothin to be worry about it. Honey.....
