Relaxing??!

Question: Well I'm having problems with relaxing when I try to insert a tampon. And not only with that, but with sex too.
It's getting hard because I hate the feeling of a pad now. It feels like a damn diaper. And I've been wearing them for two years now. It sucks.
And the whole sex thing. I just want to do it. And I can't if I'm to tense.
So you have any tips on how to get me to relax with the both of them. Thanks. =]]

For the tampon, you might want to imagine and pretend you are masturbating. It will get you wet between your legs to help slip it in. Also it will distract your mind.
For sex; I imagine you are nervous and scared. If it's still paintful for you, you should wither hold off until you're more ready or masturbate more so your body can get used to sexual pleasure.
You don't have to stick things in your vagina to play with yourself. You can just rub with your hand between your legs, or rub up against something. sort of like riding a pony.
practice thinking sexy thought and that's it, not touching. Getused to the idea sex is suppose to feel good and relaxing.

Well I would make sure you are in a comfortable sitting position in the toilet and take a few deep breaths and just try to relax your muscles. Make sure that the tampon is inserted far enough that it doesnt hurt when you sit or stand.

As for having sex you need to make sure you are comfortable and try to relax, make sure you trust the guy so that if it hurts at any point you can tell him to stop and he will. Just take it slow so you dont hurt yourself.

I was like that to. i didn't start using tampons till after I had had sex. It just takes practice. Lock yourself in the bathroom with a box of tampons take a couple of deep breaths and practice inserting them. Follow the instructions. Remember that if you can feel it then it isn't in proberly. You could even just try sticking your finger up there when in the shower once in a while just to get used to something being up there. Just make sure your finger is really clean. Don't worry about doing sex. Just wait until you are completly ready and totally in the mood and with the right guy.
