Irregular Periods... Can I conceive?!
Question: Is it possible that I cant concieve.... I was in a relationship for 3 years. We never used protection, and I still never wound up pregnant. I was wandering why? Is it possible that my irregular periods have something to do with this? I may get a period every month, then I may not see another one for four months!! Does anyone else have this problem? And what it a way for me to concieve if it is possible?

I would sometimes go up to 5 months without having a period. It took me three years to get pregnant the first time and then another 5 years to get pregnant the second time. I would talk to your doctor, if I were you. There are certain conditions that can cause you to have irregular periods or make it hard for you to conceive.

Wow, did I write this question? I am in the same boat as you are and I can't seem to find out anything either. I will keep tabs on the answers and try to find out myself.
Can you conceivably be conceiving?
i think you need to find out why you are so irregular ???
maybe its best you go on the pill which should make you regular and when you are not on the pill and you period is about to strat try conceving it might work
I concieved.....three times. I miscarried and it took us three years after the miscarriage to have our now 7 year old. 5 years after her, our son came along. It too a lot of tears--we gave up many times. In fact we had given up for the last time when we got pregnant with our son. The baby clothes were gone, the toys, furniture everything. I'd sold it all and resigned me self to being the mom of a onelie. I was so depressed. The day after christmas I gave my husband my one last little gift---and 9 months later he came home. I was irregular enough that birth control was recommneded to controll my periods! It will happen, it just takes a lot more patience.
I suffer from irregular periods, but i am a virgin and belive me ent tryin to concieve.
But lets look at it logically, if your irregular then you are not ovulating regularly therefore you dont now when you should have sex cause ya dont know wen ya ovulatin. What about using like a digital ovulation test have a good luck round the web

I was in the same boat for six years I had irregular period. I was having unprotected sex with my boyfriend than I got on the pill to regulate my period. I miss my pill for two days and got pregnant. You can conceive, some times it takes longer because you can not predict your ovulation day.
