Girls, women, mums..whatever, just females only please!?!

Question: Okay. I have a simple material bra, it gives more support than a training but it is tight around the area just below my chest. It fits perfectly apart from that and is a 32A. My mum recently bought me a cupped bra because she figured I might need one soon. It's a 34A. It fits fine when I sit up straight ect, and the area below my chest isn't suffocated. (lol) the only thing is there's about 1.5 centimetres of space between my chest and the bra when I slouch, and about two tenths of a centimetre at any other time, and yet only on the inside chest. I'm 13 so I know growth in that area isn't gonna be a steady thing, but can anyone tell me what I should do about this? All my bras are turning out to be too small or too big right now, and I know it's important to wear the right ones. ANYTHING but getting measured. Please.

And thanks. xD

Most bras have adjustable closures in the back/front so maybe try using a different set of hooks and see if that helps. You might also consider different brands or style since different kinds of bras fit differently. As for getting measured, it's not a big deal. I went to Victoria's Secret and all they did was wrap a tape measure around my chest (with all my clothes ON). I'd always worn 34A but after they measured me they said I was really a 32B. Smaller band, larger cup. I thought that was weird, but I got a couple of the 32B anyway and they fit fine.

It's going to be awkward for awhile to know exactly what bra size to get size your body is growing and changing right now, but it might be worth a trip to VS or similar store just to get an idea of what your options are.

If it bothers you that much try a different brand. Some fit others more comfortably. But also on the back where you snap the bra there should be three choices on 32A try the biggest if it estill does fit better try the 34A and go to the lowest size.

try adjusting the straps a little shorter. Or a get a 34AA, it will have the same cup size as your 32A, just a little bigger band, so it's not squeezing you so tight.

You could try a comfortable sports type bra, I wear those all the time since I hate the feeling of normal bras, they are either to tight or a lose and tight combo. So yeah I know what you mean about that. The good thing about the sports bra types is that they give good support and a lot of them are more stretchy around the ribs which makes it more comfy, since thats where you says the bra is tight and also they also come in all shapes, size and colors so you'll have lots to choose from. Also they will give you some growing room since they are so stretchy. You usually can find those kinda bras very easy, ask your mom about it and have her help you pick one out since she can probably tell which one would be good since your still growing. Then until you find the perfect bra you'll at least have something is comfy and give support. Hope this helps!

DONT BE AFRAID TO TRY ON BRAS!
grab several that look like a good fit! i hav experiance!!!!!!!!!1
