Do you think you could be depressed? Change your tactics. Limit yourself to one serving per day of caffeine. Get a good nights sleep--you may be surprised by how well you can sleep when you cut the caffeine. Eat healthy--1 serving of meat, chicken, or fish, etc., and 2 veggies. Lay off the sugar. Sometimes doing something positive for yourself can be enough to change things around for you. Force yourself to do something "extra" 3-4 days a week, even if it is a walk in the park or going out to eat with a friend. You probably aren't sick, just a product of your lifestyle. Improve your lifestyle and you'll feel better and have more energy and initative.

Stressed.

Drink less coffee, thats whats keeping you awake during the day. Try to get at least 9 hours of sleep a day if possible to rest yourself.

I had the same issue not long ago. I went to my doctor and he suggested that I start taking Iron pills. Dont expect them to start working right away... usually takes about 3 weeks before your iron builds up in your system. Since I've started taking them I've noticed a huge difference in my energy level.
Good Luck!

you may be addicted to caffeine

FIRST of all you got to figure out a way to lay off the coffe and the sugar. What coffe and sugar does it spikes the blood, so you think your full of energy....but then you got to much sugar and caffiene in your system so the body has to shut down a little to brake it all down. I myself did a expirement. As soon as you feel tired eat some kind of sweet but very little and then drink lots of water.....YOU could also be ANEMIC....so get some multivitamin with a little IRON.
