Regular periods while pregnant?!

Question: I just heard of this woman that went to the ER with severe cramps and she was actually in labor. She had no idea that she was pregnant because she had regular periods. How often does this happen!? As a single girl I'm always relieved when my period starts because it means I'm not pregnant. Also I'm on the pill...does that make a difference? And yes I know that I shouldn't be able to get pregnant while on the pill but there's that pesky 0.01% to worry about!

very rare. There are other signs apart from your peroid coming on every month though:

Tender breasts
sickness
loss/gain of appertite
mood swings
emotional bursts
different body activities

Anyway that 0.01% is so minute i would not worry about it, you can ,miss a pill in the middle of your pack and stil be protected. Some women are more 'prone' able to get pregnant. Also if your single i would use condoms as well, so you've got like no chance of getting pregnant.

Hope i helped

Wow realy?
Wouldn't she notice that she gained 15-70 pounds?

While you're pregnant you can still have regular periods, it just makes it more dangerous while you are pregnant.

Get a prego test, only way to certainty

I think that is VERY rare. I wouldn't worry. I don't get those people, did she not feel the baby moving?

It usually happens when a woman has 2 uteruses (uteri?).
