If she has had pregnancy tests that means that is a possiblity, if she has any problems with her bladder you can get a negative pregnancy test and still be pregnant, ask to get a pregnance test using a blood test or using a cathater. This girl sounds a lot like I did when I was pregnant with my first child, and it got so bad that I ended up in the hospital for 31/2 weeks because they couldn't find out what was wrong with me, and they had done a multitude of pregnancy tests but there was something contaminating my urine so they all came back negative, they finally after 3 weeks used a cathater and got a positive result, at this point I was 5 months along and I had lost a total of 30 pounds and I only weighed 105 pounds to start with, it was a very scary pregnancy. In the end I delivered a healthy 7 pound baby boy. So my advice is go to a doctor or free clinic and ask. Good Luck

It could be stress. It could be something called PCOS which can cause you to not get a period (I went 8+ weeks without one and had to take medicine to make me get one) It also could be that she has an ectopic pregnancy or something. I would really recommend that she see an OBGYN.
