It didn't hurt me at all actually, I think my hymen was already broken due to sports and other activities or mine was really really thin. You will feel a little discomfort at first, and it didn't start to really feel good to me the first few times but it def gets better. It shouldn't hurt, the most you should feel is a little bit of pain. Make sure you are ready, physically and emotionally, which means you will be lubricated and relaxed, if you tense up it will hurt more than if you were comfortable.
If you have any specific questions you can let me know and I can im, you really just feel a pressure opening you up, I am sure it is different for everyone though, but dont' worry, it is not as bad as some of the horror stories you hear :)
You will likely experience a little bit of pain or discomfort for the first few minutes....like a pinch or a feeling of the skin being stretched like trying to push something through an opening that is too small.

btw dont worry about the hymen. you lose virginity when you have safe, sane and consensual sex for the first time. its really sad when a girl is raped and she wanted to wait for the right guy.
