personally hunn an apple and sunflower seeds are for anorexics...... hope your not leading down that way
no, seems pretty healthy to me, but for breakfast i would have a lil more, maybe a smoothie or oatmeal .
i think you need more protein and vitamins to start off your day
god i wish i could eat that well
