Your periods might not be regular yet.
Also stuff like working out way too much, stress, dieting, can all mess with your cycle.
Doctors generally say that if you aren't pregnant, there's no reason to worry unless its been at least 4 months with zero periods. Then you should see a doctor to make sure you don't have a hormone issue, and get a prescription that will make you get your period.

Agree with Morgan. Just be patient. Sometimes Mother Nature can mess with you but don't worry. You are perfectly normal.

it's either because you have irregular periods
if you are very active then your period can stop
if you're stressing out your period can also stop
