You will be ok if you only missed 1 pill and got back on track immediately. You might want to use a condom until your next period just to be on the safe side if you still have some concerns. I think that every woman who has been on the pill has forgotten to take one pill and never got pregnant.
You should still be protected because you took the pill the very next day. The problem happens when you skip a couple of days.
