listen. i JUST got my first period on friday the 14. that day, I had horrible stomach aches and didnt realize they were cramps until i had blood in my underwear. i used to get them and thought I was getting my period, but they just happen sometimes. lay down for a while and they should go away. or, take an ibuprofen. have fun!
Cramps? You could be on the verge of getting your period.

It could also be caused by constipation. When was the last time you pooped?
it depends on where you are having the pain and what type of pain it is. You need to go to the doctor and get checked out.
