On my upper inner thigh I have these lines. They almost look like a vein. Reddish and sometimes bluish. Just wondering if anybody would know what its is

It could be stretch marks. If there is a slight indentation or bump that follows the path of the mark then that's what they are (when you run your finger from one side of the line to the other then you feel a bump or indentation of the skin where it stretched). Just about everyone one has them and there's nothing you can do about them. They happen when your body grows rapidly. After a few months to a few years the color fades but the mark is still there since the skin is permanently stretched. I doubt they are varicose veins because they usually are found in your lower legs before your thigh and are usually found in older women who have put stress on their body.
Sound like varicose veins. They pose no health risk. They are only an eye sore when they get really large.
