sometimes a big glass of water will help when i have fatigue that coffee doesn't seem to help. dehydration can cause fatigue, and drinking coffee can bring on dehydration as it's a diuretic. so, i vote for drinking a big glass of water and waiting half an hour or so to see if you feel better. if not, maybe a very short catnap (15 minutes maybe) will give you enough of a second wind to get through the evening.

Try getting into the shower. If a shower can wake you up in the morning, then it can wake you up at night, too.

How about cooking an easy and fast dinner? Then you can be tired. :)

down a cup of salt....or maybe a pinch of cinnamon

take a shower.

speed works

feel some pain like pinch your self

A hot bath or shower, and get warm and toasty by the heat.

play halo 3

Take a quick nap, just long enough to fall asleep and you'll be revived even if its only a couple minutes.

energy pill or exersize for a while, it should release endorphins that make you feel good and give you energy.

You'll have to battle it out, then be in bed at 10pm every night (sleep or not). AND stop drinking coffee after 10am!!

Red Bull....take at your own risk!

Think if you go tobed your husband is going to want sex. might as well cook!

Any type of caffeine or caffeine pills. Walgreens brand works great. They're called StayAwake and come in the pill form.

Hot shower will just make you relaxed & sleepy at night. Using cold or cooler water will probably do the trick, together with shower gel that is invigorating (with refreshing ingredients).

Also try Vitamin B complex pills at the recommended dosage. Eat a banana for quick boost of energy. Try not to rely too much on coffee.

why not try taking a warm bath with those salt beads and a cold rag over your eyes. it will relax and ease your senses.
