Before surgery is avaliable, your only hope is to exercise the muslces around the mammary tissue. Any physical exercise that involves stretching and bending your arms and lots of chest heaving will slow down the sagging.
Wait till you 18 and if it's still like that, surgery!
Wow you sure are mean!! Just wear a bra all the time, even to sleep to keep those pancakes from flattening out even more!!
This question is difficult because you've already said you dont want to hear the answers!! Theres not quick solution if its your age - your body will change, if you feel you're old enough that your body wont change then go and see your doctor. There absolutely nothing you can do, apart from using bra pads etc.
I would definitely suggest you ask your doctor.
If you don't feel comfortable telling your mom or dad why you want an appointment, maybe make up a pain that won't go away and then admit the truth to the doctor once you get there?
I dunno, I'm horrible at making things up...but my original comment is what matters. See the doc. It doesn't hurt to ask about your concerns.
:)
Schedule an appointment with your gynecologist if you have concerns. Just know that breasts are not symmmetrical. One can be slightly or worse bigger than the other. Perhaps even a different shape.
only oil massage regularly will solve the problem.Nothing else needed.do't worry
Well, because you already knocked out most sensible answers, let me give you the last available option-
Wear a damned push up bra! Heaves 'em up in place and holds them there, and molded cups tend to round them out better.
And don't start with that whole "full development" thing either, cause it's true. My own breasts still change alot and I finished "developing" a pretty good while ago.
You want better answers, ask your doc. That's the only way you're gonna get anything permanent.
