It depends what you think is sexual and not sexual. It's all about your values and beliefs. Some people think oral sex is completely unrelated to sex. Some women break their hymen easier than others. You'll know because you will feel little or no pain. Plus you may bleed. If your hymen is broken the next time you have sex it will not bleed but the first time it almost always does.
technically you are still a virgin. most girls broke their hymen when they were younger if they were physically active in sports like gymnastics and dance and horseback riding or even in soccer and such. if you consider yourself still a virgin b/c a penis has not entered your vagina then yes you are still a virgin.
you also may not know if you broke your hymen. some say it hurts, some say you bleed, but i doubt yours is still there. if you use tampons or have done any sports (like i said before) then yours was torn a long time ago. dont worry about it. no one can see it except maybe a doctor but they aren't going to question you about it b/c its not their place to and they probably dont care if they know you aren't sexually active.

Everyone has different thoughts on virginity.. like some people think that once your hymen is broken you're not a virgin anymore. Other people think that you can get fingered and have your hymen broken but still be a virgin.
And you will probably be able to feel it when your hymen breaks. It might bleed.
Well now a days breaking your hymen is more common because of like you said..stretching, excericise and etc. Techinically if a guy fingers you should still consider yourself a virgin. Until you actually have sex, your a virgin. As for knowing your hymen broke...without looking? Noooo idea! But if you consult a doctor or RN they may be able to assist you!
