Question: i am 13 and had sex for the 1st time last weekend then my neck started breaking out with these bumps that itch.my cousin is in high school and says that i may have a sexually transmitted disease but she wont tell me what it may be so i cant research it!!!!!i cant tell my parents that i am not a virgin my mom willl kil me so i cant go to the doctor plz help!!!!!!!!!!!

You can indeed go to the doctor's office and you should! Sounds like a rash to me. When you go to the doctor's they are not allowed to tell your parents anything unless it's endangering your life. Please always use a condom when you have sex!
this doesn't sound like an STD, you may have a allergic reaction to something like a perfume or metal or even soap.
I don't think you have an STD.. but since you're on the internet.. look up some local clinics so that you can get checked out... (what kind of freaky stuff were ya'll doing to get a rash on your NECK?! That's a hypothetical question and I don't want an answer.)
Don't have sex anymore. You are 13 years old! And you should go to a doctor. Remember, your parents are smarter than you think. They probably won't be surprised if you tell them you are having sex. Either way, you should see a doctor.
STD(Sexually Transmitted Disease) will have all the symptoms in and around genitals only.White discharege ,rashes,severe burning while urinating ,itching etc .If you donot have any of these symptoms you do not have sexually transmitted disease.
