Question: Does the actually cup of a bra grow when the bust measurement does? Ahh this is hard to explain.
Okay. Will the cups in a 36B be bigger than the cups in a 32B?
Would the cups a 34DD be smaller than a 42 DD? See what I'm trying to ask?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, yes. The cups do get larger when the band gets larger. For instance, I wear a 34D. A 44D would fit me too, as a hat. LOL :) Just a little morning cheer!
NO; CUP SIZE IS THE SAME- WHAT VARIES IS 34, 42...ITS THE LENGTH AROUND THE WOMANS CHEST
Cup size is the same, the band size will differ with weight changes.
34DD and 42DD are the same volume, just a bigger around the chest.
