Depends on your flow really. If it is your first time, try it for an hour or two and then see how much you have used of it (you'll see). Then go more or less time from there. Don't use it more than 5 hours though- switch up!

It totally depends. The longest I ever wear them is eight hours, and even that's unusual, since I typically get up at some point in the night to pee and change it then. You really shouldn't wear them for longer than 8 hours.
Otherwise, I change them whenever they need it. Once you've worn them for a while you can get used to how they feel and tell if they're getting ready to start leaking.
4 hours. Definitely don't wear them for longer than 8--it exposes you to greater risk.

On me, they tend to work themselves down as I walk around, etc., so pretty much I tend to replace them when they get uncomfortable and are about to come out, which works out to be every three to four hours. Of course, with me, I can't wear any kind of internal protection the first day or so of my periods, because it makes me cramp worse.
