I went through a very similar thing to this and in the end it ended up being just plain stress. That was my bodies way of making it slow down and relaxing for awhile and letting the people around me know that I wasn't feeling well and needed some help around the house. I took gravol, you can get them from the drug store, I am pretty sure you have to ask the pharmasist because they keep them behind the counter, and they carry a generic brand that is very inexpensive. I just would take 2 every time I started feeling nausous and then sit back for a couple of hours until I felt better, this took about 2 months to clear up, and every time I start to stress out again, the same thing happens, check it out, maybe it is the same for you. Especially if you are sure you are not pregnant. Good Luck

Could be you're just hungry...Not knowing if you've just eaten, this is what I think. ;)

Do you take any medications? What are you generally doing at 4pm?

Are you doing extreme activities, like sports or exercise before 4pm? If so, that could make you sick. Or are you doing anything else for a long period of time before 4pm? I'm in college, and if I study and read a lot without any breaks before the early afternoon, like 4pm, I am dizzy and don't feel well.

Maybe you could change your habits during the day: drink more water or orange juice (to help boost your immune system), take more breaks, eat a good breakfast and lunch.
