wait another week or so and see if your period arrives. if not take a test.
Remember there are so many reasons why you might miss your period its not always pregnancy, so if it doesnt arrive at all and all test are negative do not freak out just go to the doctor and explain. They hear this all the time and are glad to help.
If you are concerned, go to the drug store and get a preg screen. They are accurate now down to 20 mIU, which means if you are less than 1 week into gestation it will be picked up
