Is it bad if you don't masturbate?!

Question: like... is masturbating healthy? will anything happen if i don't masturbate? 'cause i have a friend who has never masturbated before and she never will...
what im trying to say is, is there any benefits to masturbating besides the pleasure?

thanks.

yep less stress for 1. When u masterbate u clean your reproductive system out. And they say that is good cause like after a womans period that helps clean out. But over all i think its the best and she is crazy not to masterbate. I didnt start to masterbate tell like the age of 19 or 20. And i regret it. I wish i had started ealier.

It can calm you, it sends your mind a sense of euphoria. Other than that and pleasure, there's no other benefits. It's fine to do or not do it.

I don't think it is bad if you don't masturbate.

It's true that masturbating can release the stress and make you feel relax, but some people including me become "addicted" to sex.

I masturbate at least twice a week, and I often get horny and I want to have a sex. Sometimes, I just feel like I want more than masturbating..It can be very frustrating especially if you want have a girlfriend/boyfriend.

So it's really depend on you.
I don't think masturbating is that good like people say.
I believe there are many other ways to release stress such as watch a tv or play video game.

Happy holidays too! =)

No, it is not bad. In fact, it is bad to masturbate. Don't do it.
