What is your pregnancy exercise routine?!

-Do you feel or know from past experiences that exercise helps with labor and birthing?

I never had a baby but I live with my sister and she had three. We would go three times a week to a pool in a work out gym and work out for a long time. Its a lot less stress on your body and your babies. I was told by an instructor that water exersice is great for expecting moms. Also she told my sister to do a lot of stretching exercises but don't push yourself if you can only get to your knee so what? This helps your muscles and increase your flexibility. The last thing you'd want giving birth is a pulled muscle to add to the pain. Congradulations! Good Luck! Mozel Tov!

i didnt have a strict plan, i kept eating healthy and made sure i walked for at least an hour everyday. congrats by the way! x
