Please help me ladies, i dont know what to do?!

Question: I have been stressing out so badly latley i mean really bad. first i had been dealing with thinking my boyfriend was cheating on me, because i could see the signs, we got into a huge argument that really upset me, he said he didnt mean to hurt me, but that i had to stop thinking that he was cheating on me because he wasnt. (which is really hard to believe) two i had been stressing thinking i might have been prego because one day i was spotting, then the next week my period came. It came on time but then people say you can still be prego even when your period shows up. ive put stress ontop of stress that now i feel like im getting a yeast infection, and ive been getting sweaty chills, nausea, i feel like throwing up sometimes, i cried my self to sleep because i dont know what to do. can stressing to much cause me to feel this way or have symptoms like these. or could i possibly be prego. im goin to try to get an apt with a gyn but i doubt i can get one really soon because of the holiday

Sounds to me like you're just stressed. It's easy to have happen, especially at this time of year. when holiday stuff is just piled on top of whatever else is going on in your life.

Take some time for yourself every single day. A bubblebath and a trashy novel for 15 minutes can chill you out and warm you up at the same time.

Make a deal with your boyfriend that whatever is going on in your relationship, you're going to talk it through like adults, not fight and hurt one another. Even if the relationship is badly damaged, you're going to be civil and treat one another well.

Make sure you're using reliable birth control methods every time. It sounds like a lot of your stress is pregnancy fears. Gynecologists do not have holiday rushes, so make that appointment.

The yeast infection wouldn't cause the chills and nausea, but stress can. Your gyno can deal with the first, but it's up to you to master coping mechanisms that let you get through the days.

When you're stressed, you can sometimes have physical symptoms that feel like something else. Sometimes stress alone can cause you to have erratic periods, nausea, sweats and chills, sometimes chest pain and difficulty breathing. First and foremost, you need to calm down. Take a deep breath, count to ten(or ten thousand). Call your gyno, make an appointment for whenever you can get it to be on the safe side. Then, you need to do something for yourself. Do something you enjoy doing. Get a makeover, take a long hot bath...anything to relax. Things will work out just they way they are supposed to...

You need to take his word at face value. Stop obsessing! Then go check out with a gynae and you'll be sure what your physical condition is. Don't worry even if you don't get an appt straightaway, it isn't as if you're already pregnant, and even if you were, it isn't as if the baby is gonna be delivered anytime soon!

lol!

try taking deep breaths to calm your mind.

Go to the pharmacy and get some "rescue medicine"...
It is a herbal mixture that helps de stress one.
Stress will play havoc with your periods and cause abdominal cramps
