Question: I'm not sure because last night, I got these cramps below my stomach and today there was blood in my underwear. (this is kind of gross but) I have hair on my legs and stuff and pimples and all that. I am almost 14 and I'm really embarassed to ask my mom and older sister.

It sounds like it. Don't be embarrassed to talk to your female family members. They have been through it and also know how embarrassing it can be the first time. However, they can also help you. Go talk to your mother...you need pads anyway.

ya but hunny dont be scared it's not like you can help it and it's not like this is something not normal, your fine and your mom and sis will understand (i would talk to my sis first because i dont have a sis and i had to tell my mom and i would have talked to my sis first!)
