Is this a normal healthy weight?!


Question: I am a 16 year old female , 5'7, and 110 pounds is that a healthy weight? I am very active I play volleyball basketball and softball. what do u guys think?

However... You are only 16 and have a bit more growing to do in you, you are also a very active person who probably has a fair bit of muscle on your body, contributing to your lean figure. Your not underweight in those terms.
The way i look at it, if you feel healthy and comfortable in your body with the size you are even if results tell you, you are underweight, then it is nothing to worry about.

Sounds a little under weight to me...When I was 16-17 I was about 5'6 and my DR. told me the avg weight was 140...I was about 120-125...Just make sure you're eating enough.

Sounds just slightly underweight but since you are still young, I wouldnt try to put on any weight, it will happen naturally and you will probably be a normal weight by the time you are 20 if you continue the way you are going.
