my advice to you to try to be absolutely calm while it is goin on....your doctor will not immidiately start looking at your breasts...he will first ask you questions such as how often do you do your exams, last period, ever been preganat or think you may be...you know any question that wud pertain to having lumps in yor breasts because all of these can contribute to it....

after he willa sk u to take ur top off and ask you to lie down and put ur hands above ur head....he will then palpate or touch each breast one at a time including under your arm and a little above your breast because these areas also have breast tissue (many ppl dont kno this)....after he/she is done touching your breasts he will pinch the nipple of your breast to see if any substance comes out of it...

just relax and breath while it is goin on you will be fine i am sure...i really hope you get good results...if you have any more questions e-mail me

Not much to tell - lie there & the Dr will feel around. They can be very lumpy & be normal so good to have them checked.

Well, it will hurt a bit because they are going to squeeze your breast, and its cold too. But the lumps could be due to your menstrual cycle, there called cyst's which go away. Good look, and don't be scared.

Don't worry. The doctor will press around on your breasts. Not hard enough to hurt. He will probably have you schedule a mammogram. A mammogram is uncomfortable, but it is worth it because you will be sure there is nothing going on that you need to be worried about. Good luck.

let the doctor check...but dont let the doctor suck it up ;-)

They are going to be gentle. And all they are going to do is put some pressure to make sure everything is fine. It wont be too long, they are just going to make sure you done have breast cancer.
