ive had this too but didnt bleed... make youre your wet enough before you do it...maybe you were too dry!!...be really wet for rough sex hehe ;) dont think its an infection but why not get checked anyway?xx

Get yourself checked out to make sure it isn't a urinary tract infection or that the irritation hasn't become infected, and avoid penetrative sex until the lesions or grazes have healed.
Next time, use a lubricant - make sure that it's a water-based one if you use condoms, as silicon and oil based lubricants degrade latex condoms, which then allow semen through.
