She sould go see her doctor. These symptoms are normal for menopausal women but they are hard for everyone to live with. There are medications these days that can help to ease the symptoms and to help her live a more normal life.

She should see her GYN. There are meds which can ease the process for her and those around her.

need to she her dr...can get med's to ease symptoms...i know..been there done that

Your mum should see a GP. There are medications such called HRT or hormone replacement therapy, which ease the stress of menopause on the system. They reduce the severity of the hot flushes and the mood swings. Your mum could also try St Johns Wart, a herbal remedy said to have calming effects on the system. She also needs to try some relaxing things like walking and reading and perhaps meditation (this has been found to be quite helpful in a lot of situations from stress to medical conditions) Try not to stress, its a normal thing and happens to all mums when they start to get older. Its not very pleasent for them but eventually with medication (if they wish) and other forms of relaxation ect, they are able to feel better =]

I HEAR YA
my mom is the same way
