I think it is possible. I was about a week late when I started getting morning sickness. I think it just depends on how far along she is if she is pregnant. There is a pregnancy test she can take (cant remember the name), but it is supposed to tell you if you are pregnant days before your missed period, or she can always go to the Doctor.
Wait for one month and go for pregnancy confirmation test.
Anything is possible, although it usually takes a bit longer - have her do a pregnancy test in a few days.
Some people are very sensitive to the hormone change so it could be that she is pregnant. Some women start to feel symptoms a week after conception. Wait another few days and take an hpt
