Question: i am going to get one fitted, and have read in a leaflet that your boyfriend may be able to feel the threads and that once a month you have to feel for them yourself to see where they are. This sounds strange, can someone exapliain it please. How far down do these threads come?

My husband is ummm quite large (Not trying to brag) & he says he can't feel anything with me. I checked for the strings a little while ago & they were there but I don't check them monthly!
You're supposed to check for them after every cycle because that's when it's more likely to fall out.
