same as i was...
your BMI is normal...
you the normal to perfect body weight ...
NORMAL .]

not fat

normal, definitely NOT fat

You sound like you could stand to lose 5 or 10 pounds. You are fine though.

(( <3 Bella <3 ))

you are just fine, not too skinny and not fat at all...enjoy 14!

im 5'6 and weigh 130. that is perfect i think. i would like to weigh less, but this is what my body is comfortable at :)

you're fine.

ur normal if u dont feel very good try some light exercising tighten ur body a bit. even just going out for a jog makes u feel better and gives u more energy

you are perfect! You sould like a healthy 14 year old.

im 5'6 and i weight 118lbs

honestly thats kind of fat.

im 13 5'6 and i weigh 95 lbs.

Because there are different builds, proper weight can vary. I've read that the best way to know if you're overweight is simply by looking at yourself in the mirror. If you look good, you're not!

You're fine, honey. Besides, it's not always about weight. If you play sports or exercise a lot, you might have a lot of muscle, and you might not even LOOK like you weigh 135lbs. I knew this girl when I was in high school and she was about your height. She looked very thin, but she was very strong because she was a gymnast. She weighed 150 pounds but looked like she weighed about 110.

It's all about how you feel about yourself. Don't let a number control your life.

You are perfect. Do not listen to any people who say you are fat.
