Call your gynocologists. Make an appointment to see your doctor. If Midol is not working you will have to get a recommendation from your doctor to see what helps. The doctor may have to run some tests to make sure there is nothing serious going on.
call your gyno asap. and if that comes back negative and no solution, you just may need to go see a gi specialist. the pain may be coming from your intestines. severe abdominal pain could be many things but these two things are a start.
